Through our TN Visa program for engineers, we are recruiting an Industrial Engineer to lead the operations of a manufacturing plant specialized in unitized curtain wall, aluminum windows and cladding systems in the United States.
You will be responsible for running the plant on a day-to-day basis: leading the production team, optimizing processes, improving efficiency and ensuring quality and safety across the operation.
This position is ideal for an Industrial Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing, process improvement and team leadership, who wants to grow professionally in the U.S. within a specialized and technical environment.

Job Description
As the Industrial Engineer leading Plant Operations, you will:
Oversee daily operations on the manufacturing floor and ensure production plans are met.
Manage and coordinate a 50–100 person team (production lines, supervisors, operators).
Analyze production flows, identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement projects (cycle time, waste reduction, layout, line balancing, etc.).
Design, document and standardize production processes, work instructions and best practices.
Implement lean manufacturing and process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Use production data and KPIs to drive decisions and report plant performance to management.
Lead root cause analysis (problem solving) for recurring quality or production issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate closely with the owners, production, quality and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
Promote and enforce a safety-first culture in all areas of the plant.
Participate in planning and execution of new automation, machinery or technology projects in the plant.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial) – required for TN Visa category.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally in:
Curtain wall, aluminum windows, cladding, facades, or
Metal-mechanic / fabrication plants with high volume and technical products.Proven experience supervising or managing plant operations and production teams.
Strong background in process optimization, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and KPI tracking.
Comfortable working both on the production floor and in an office/engineering setting.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
Intermediate to advanced English (able to communicate with management and plant team in the U.S.).
Nice To Have
Experience in factories with ISO 9000 or similar quality systems.
Experience with automation projects, CAD/CAM or CNC environments.
Familiarity with P6 Primavera or other project scheduling tools.
Experience using or implementing AI or digital tools to improve production processes.
