What is the TN Visa?

The TN visa is a non-immigrant visa that allows qualified Mexican and Canadian citizens to work in the United States under the USMCA (United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement). It’s designed specifically for professionals in designated fields such as engineering, manufacturing, and construction.
