Who we are

Built by operators. Run with rigor.

We're a small team obsessed with one thing: making cross-border professional hiring work the way it's supposed to. No fluff. No vendor chains. No hand-offs.

Why we exist

The system was broken. We fixed our corner of it.

US healthcare and engineering employers face structural talent shortages. International professionals — many world-class — face byzantine visa, licensing, and credentialing systems that take 18+ months to navigate. Most agencies in this space optimize for volume, not outcomes. RFEs are common. License denials are common. Candidates wait years. Hospitals burn cash on travel staffing. Engineering projects stall.

We started Global Hire because we saw the gap and built the operations to close it.

Every process — sourcing, exam prep, licensing, visa filing, consular logistics, arrival — we own. No outsourcing. No vendor chains. One accountable team from offer accepted to first day of work.

The result: 8-month timelines instead of 18. Zero-RFE visa cases. Multi-state license endorsements that follow candidates across their careers. And cases that other agencies reject — Hour Deficits, multi-attempt exams, complex consular situations — that we routinely close.

How we operate

Four principles that shape every decision.

🎯

Specialty over volume

We focus deeply on nurses and TN-eligible engineers. We say no to roles outside our lane. Better to be excellent at two things than mediocre at ten.

📋

Compliance is non-negotiable

OOH-aligned positioning. RFE-resistant documentation. Multi-state license strategy. We don't cut corners on regulation — it always costs more later.

🤝

We own the case end-to-end

One accountable team from sourcing to first day. No 'that's not our department.' When something goes sideways, we own it and we fix it.

🗣️

Direct communication

We tell clients what they don't want to hear. We tell candidates the truth about timelines. We flag issues early. Surprises kill trust.

The team

Small team, deep expertise.

Every case is touched by someone who has done this work for years. When you partner with Global Hire, you talk to operators, not account managers.

Compliance commitment

Cross-border hiring is a regulated process. We treat it that way.

Every case operates against the Occupational Outlook Handbook (OOH) as baseline. Job descriptions are aligned to professional categories. Cover letters cite approved USMCA precedent. Documentation is audit-ready before it leaves our hands.

We coordinate directly with State Boards of Nursing, TruMerit (CGFNS) for VisaScreen, and consular sections in Mexico City, Ciudad Juárez, Guadalajara, and Santiago. We know what each gatekeeper expects — and we deliver it.

If a case carries regulatory risk we can't mitigate, we don't take it. That discipline is why our approval rates stay where they are.
